There will still be one holo card guaranteed in each pack, but now with exclusive cards to make opening packs even more exciting! L'uscita di un prodotto molto richiesto potrebbe influenzare la lavorazione degli ordini. In questi casi la lavorazione delle spedizioni potrebbe subire ritardi fino a 7 giorni lavorativi.
Ogni spedizione sarà accompagnata da un documento che elenca i prodotti contenuti nell'ordine.

Non appena avremo consegnato al corriere il tuo ordine riceverai una email di avviso e, direttamente dal corriere incaricato, un'altra email con il codice di tracciamento della spedizione (tracking). Nel caso in cui alla consegna l’indirizzo risulti errato o non esistente, se il pacco venisse rifiutato o se il cliente risultasse non presente per 2 volte consecutive, la spedizione verrà inviata in giacenza. Potrà essere richiesta una terza consegna a carico del destinatario entro 7 giorni dall’avviso di giacenza. Nel caso in cui non venisse richiesta una nuova consegna o se la spedizione non venisse ritirata dalla giacenza entro il settimo giorno, il pacco verrà rispedito al mittente.

Accettiamo il reso di ogni articolo venduto come nuovo, a condizione che non sia stato aperto e che la richiesta venga effettuata entro 30 giorni dalla data di consegna tramite email: shop@gamesacademy.it.
Le spese di restituzione in caso di merce conforme all'ordine sono a carico del cliente, che avrà diritto al rimborso completo di quanto pagato per l'articolo una volta ricevuto il pacco presso il nostro magazzino.

Garantiamo rimborso, reso o cambio su tutti i prodotti danneggiati, difettosi o spediti erroneamente. Il rimborso sarà concordato tramite email: shop@gamesacademy.it, allegando foto del prodotto e specificando il difetto. La richiesta di reso dovrà essere effettuata entro 30 giorni dalla data di consegna.
In caso di reso per questi motivi, quindi per un errore imputabile a noi, tutte le spese di spedizione sono a nostro esclusivo carico.

Su volumi, magazine, riviste, art book e cofanetti/collection box non possiamo garantire la perfetta condizione in quanto, essendo prodotti di cartotecnica delicati, può capitare che arrivino danneggiati già al ricevimento dal fornitore/editore.
